Exchange

We take great care in ensuring that each product you receive is in perfect condition. However, if in the rare event you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to offer an exchange. Our goal is to make sure that your experience with our brand is smooth, transparent, and satisfactory. Please note that we do not allow exchanges for reasons related to size, color, or personal preferences. Exchanges are only applicable in cases where the product is genuinely faulty or has been damaged in transit.

To be eligible for an exchange, customers are required to record a complete unboxing video before opening the packaging. This video must clearly show the parcel in its original condition, including the outer packaging and the process of opening it. The video serves as a mandatory proof to support your claim. Without the unboxing video, we will not be able to process any exchange requests, regardless of the issue reported. This policy is in place to prevent misuse and to ensure genuine concerns are handled effectively.

In case of a damaged or defective product, you must initiate the exchange request within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests sent after the 24-hour window will not be accepted. Your request should include your order ID, a clear description of the issue, and the unboxing video as evidence. This helps us verify the problem and act promptly. Once we receive and validate your request, we will proceed with the exchange process from our side at no extra cost to you.

After your request is approved, our logistics team will arrange a reverse pickup within 7 to 8 business days. You are required to ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging for the return pickup. Once the product reaches us and is checked by our team, we will initiate the shipment of the replacement product. The delivery of the new product will take an additional 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Please note that the entire exchange process can take approximately 12 to 15 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve your issue.
